We
are an active church on the outskirts of Poole in Dorset, England. |

|
| Ecumenical: Christ Church is a Local Ecumenical Partnership. This means that four Christian churches, Baptist, Church of England, Methodist and United Reformed have agreed to work together to be the church in the community of Creekmoor. |
| Collaborative: We have one Ordained Minister who represents the four churches who support us, but we believe that everyone who is part of the church community is THE CHURCH. This means that we all have our part to play in doing the things that churches do…. Not just the "vicar"! |

Community: We believe that relationships are really important. We try to find lots of lively ways to enjoy being together and we try to support each other when life gets tough. We love opportunities to welcome others to join us! |
| All
Age: We have a good mix across the ages - sometimes we spend time together across the age range… and sometimes we meet with people similar in age to ourselves. |
| Worship focused: We love to meet together to worship God! We worship using the service orders of all four denominations and informal styles of worship. |
|
We seek to provide 3 contrasting acts of worship on a Sunday morming:
| Ecounter @ 9:00 - - a relfective service alternating each week between Morning Worship and Holy Communion |
| Equip @10:45 - - an all age worship time for all the family, also alternating between Morning Worship and Holy Communion |
| Engage @7:00 - - a 'cafe style' act of worship involving a time of worship, a talk and some prayer time. |
We also have opportunities for prayer and worship during the week. |

Cell:
We recognise that if we want to really grow in our Christian life, this happens best when we spend time with each other learning more about God and how he can be part of our everyday life. As well as coming together on Sundays, we meet together during the week in small groups held in people's homes called "Cell Groups"…… (not prison cells… but the cells that form the building blocks of life)! We also find this a valuable way to support each other in our journey of faith. Each time we meet we focus on "the 4 W's" -
Welcome - meeting with each other….Worship - meeting with God… Word - Looking at how we can grow as disciples of Jesus… Witness - how we can encourage others to join us in our journey of faith. |

Crazy
!!
We LOVE doing things that are weird and wacky…. We believe that living life following Jesus isn't always serious, it certainly isn't boring and often is GREAT FUN. |
On a mission |
Because we've experienced God's amazing love for us… we want to find ways of sharing it so that others can know it too! |
We are church! |
